Our Framework
Pilot first. Prove the model.
Scale responsibly.
A disciplined deployment framework designed around safety, evidence and local-authority engagement — from local fleets to connected regional networks. Every stage is grounded in data, regulatory compliance and collaboration with local authorities.
Local Deployment
A controlled initial fleet operating within a single, well-defined area — typically 10–30 vehicles. The aim is to prove safety, build real-world operating evidence and demonstrate value to the local community before any expansion.
Local deployments run within agreed operating zones, hours and monitoring protocols, developed in engagement with the relevant local authority.
City / Town Service
Expanding the fleet to serve a wider town or city — in the order of 30–100 vehicles — covering more of the local network, extending operating hours and connecting key destinations such as stations, hospitals and town centres.
Expansion proceeds only on the basis of demonstrated safety performance, passenger demand and continued local-authority engagement.
Connected Regional Network
Linking neighbouring towns and cities into a single connected network — 100+ vehicles — with cross-boundary journeys, shared mobility hubs and common charging and operations infrastructure serving multiple authority areas.
Regional networks depend on cross-boundary coordination between authorities, shared infrastructure and regulatory approval for wider operation.
Replication
Applying a proven, evidence-led model to new regions across the UK. Each new area follows the same disciplined path — starting local, proving the model, then scaling responsibly.
Replication allows a tested operating model to be adapted to local conditions rather than imposed, region by region.
Controlled Scaling
Prove. Validate. Expand.
We scale deliberately. Initial deployments are tightly controlled operating domains — not city-wide services — designed to prove safety and build real-world evidence before any expansion.
Prove
A controlled local deployment within a defined operating domain.
Validate
City and town services proving safety, demand and operational performance.
Connect
Linking neighbouring areas into connected regional networks, then replicating nationally.
Expansion is dependent on safety evidence, operational performance, regulatory approval, local consent, vehicle availability and commercial viability.

Operational capabilities
Each deployment draws on a comprehensive set of operational disciplines.
City selection
Identifying towns and cities with the right characteristics for autonomous mobility deployment.
Demand modelling
Analysing passenger demand patterns to determine service viability and fleet sizing.
Operating-zone design
Defining safe, practical operating zones based on road network analysis and local requirements.
Vehicle-platform selection
Evaluating approved autonomous vehicles for each deployment based on safety, capability and economics.
Insurance and risk
Working with specialist insurers to secure appropriate autonomous vehicle fleet insurance.
Charging and depot planning
Planning charging infrastructure and depot facilities to support fleet operations.
Customer support
Providing passenger support through in-app assistance and operational monitoring.
Fleet monitoring
Continuous monitoring of fleet performance, vehicle status and operational metrics.
Incident management
Clear incident response procedures developed in consultation with local authorities and emergency services.
Data and reporting
Regular performance reporting to relevant local authorities with transparency on operational data.
